FAHRM Members Page
We will use this page to keep members updated on each other and on the latest happenings within FAHRM.
 
Member Information
 
FAHRM held a training session to share with member agencies our plans to bring canned goods and other foods into Florida. We had a great turn-out, there were faith-based and community organization from all over Florida.
 
Our plan is to bring food into Florida and to direct that food to small hunger relief organization throughout Florida. We expect to have over 200 faithbased and community organizations partnering with us in the year 2006.

We expect to receive grants by the middle of 2006 to share with member agencies. These grants will be used to help smaller organizations to be able to keep accurate records and compete with larger charities for their share of the funds. FAHRM will be having more training events in the near future.
 
The most important resource that we have is PRAYER. Please pray for this ministry and for each other. Remember we are all working for the same Person, our Lord and Savior.

Above is our lastest grant writing seminar. Shelly Maberry, from Resources Associates, is a professional grant writer and has the ability to talk in the terms we understand. The seminar was very successful and every one went away with a lot more knowledge about grant writing. We are going to follow up with another class and help those that may be intimidated by writing grants.
